Will there be hard water sailing this winter? According to NOAA, most of Michigan is in the "equal chances" area regarding temperatures and has a higher than 50:50 chance to be drier than normal this winter season. This suggests that temps will be near normal, but not as much snow. The exception is in the UP and upper edge of the LP, where the odds tilt for temps to be above normal.
